DAVID H. (COOKIE) COOK, 72 of Sewickley went to be with the lord on Monday, August 7th, 2017.

Born June 25th, 1945 to the late Henry & Sarah Cook.

He was a graduate of Sewickley High School and retired from the Sewickley Borough Public Works after 34 years of service.

He leaves to cherish his memory two daughters, Maryann Cook and Sandy Cook of Ambridge.  Five grandchildren, Carnell and Bryshawn McMorris, David Cook who was also his son at heart, Jolynn and Jodi Turner, Sister, Barbara Gratzer of Kennedy TWP. and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and  Devoted friends, Sandra Cook and Dona Stevenson.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister Lois Silla.

Cookie was an avid car collector and jokester and loved by all who knew him.  He will be deeply missed.

Friends will be received Saturday, August 12th at 1-6p at    R D Copeland LTD, Irvine Chapel, 702 Beaver Street, Sewickley, Pa. 15143, memorial service immediately follows.
