Ann Trulik Lucas, a resident of Moon Township for over 50 years died peacefully Wednesday, August 29, 2018. Ann was born in Tarentum, PA, the daughter of the late Stephen and Catherine Mikritek Trulik. She married Steve Lucas in 1950.
She worked as a switchboard supervisor for Bell Telephone, then later retired as a receptionist from Bayer Corporation.
Ann was a long time member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.
She enjoyed spending time with family, shopping with her girls, playing bridge, reading, listening to music and singing along to her favorites.
She is survived by her four daughters, Dianne (Joe) Hellhake, Jeanne (Pete) Fick, Kathleen Lucas and Nancy (Ted) Bearer, grandchildren, Josh (Rosanna) Hellhake, Hunter and Mallory Bearer, and great grandson (Cole Lucas Hellhake). Ann is also survived by her sister, JoAnn Tady as well many nieces and nephews.
Ann was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Steve T. Lucas, her brothers, Stephen & John Trulik, sisters, Pauline Koteski, Helen Frank and Josephine Janosky.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to a church of choice or the St. Vincent de Paul Society.
The family wishes to thank her friends and neighbors as well as caregivers over the years. A Private visitation will be held at Copeland Moon Twp. Funeral Home.
Family and Friends are asked to gather Saturday for a 9:30AM Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret Mary Church, Moon Township. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery
