William T. Hazelbach, a loving father and grandfather, formerly of Leetsdale, passed away on Saturday, February 03, 2018 at West Hills Health and Rehabilitation with his children by his side. Born in Sewickley on April 21, 1939, he was last of three children who survived to the late William and Myra (Knepshield) Hazelbach. On June 26, 2016, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 57 years, Mary (Cunzolo) Hazelbach. Cherished father of Suzanne McNamara (Christopher) of Tucson, AZ, William John Hazelbach (Deborah) of Grand Rapids, MI, Robert Hazelbach of Sewickley, Kathleen Hensler (Raymond) of Cranberry, and Deborah Cook (Jerry) of Center; proud grandfather of 13. Bill was a lineman for Bell Telephone over 40 years and was a member of Telephone Pioneers of America. Bill`s hobbies were conquering jigsaw-500 puzzles, and avidly collecting coins and trains, especially Lionel. He also was a member of St. James Church. Bill`s life was his family and he will be greatly missed. Visitation Monday 5-7 PM at Copeland`s Sewickley, 702 Beaver St. where prayers will be recited on Tuesday at 9:30 AM followed by Mass at St. James Church at 10 AM. Rev. Thomas J. Burke, celebrant.
