Mary A. (Clark) Steele

Mary (Clark) Steele, age 80, a Moon Township resident since 1963, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 26, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospice at Heritage Valley Beaver. She was born in Toledo, OH on June 3, 1937 to the late Jesse and Christina (Main) Clark. Beloved wife of 62 years to John J. Steele who she married on June 5, 1955; loving mother of Robert (Debbie) Steele of Las Vegas, NV, Christine (the late Eugene) Casasanta of Moon Township, John Jay Steele and Brian (Lisa) Steele all of St. Louis, MO; adored grandmother of Clayton (Jaclyn), Nicholas (Mackenzie), Tyler (Stephanie), Maci and Addison; sister of Eunice (Daniel) Llewellyn of Florida, Jack Clark of Lonaconing, MD and the late Janet Kushner, William and Robert Clark. Mary, a wonderful homemaker, enjoyed her family especially her grandchildren who she reared. She was an avid baker, the best brownie baker and enjoyed playing Bingo. Visitation Friday 2-4, 6-8 at Copeland’s Moon Township, 981 Brodhead Rd. where a Blessing Service will be held on Saturday at 11:30 AM, Fr. Frank Kurimsky celebrant.
