Katherine I. (Lentz) Wickstrom, age 86, went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 from Manor Care North Hills. Born in Wilkinsburg on April 3, 1930, one of two to the late Louis and Katherine (Maxwell) Lentz. She was formerly of South Hills and St. Thomas More Manor and longtime member of South Hills Assembly of God. She was a devout Presbyterian Christian who loved to share her faith with the other residents at Autumn Lane. Beloved mother of Patricia R. (Paul) Knell of Franklin Park; loving grandmother of Alexandra and April Knell; cherished sister of Dora (Ray) Thomas of Altoona; aunt of Mathew Thomas, Tracy Thomas, Melanie Thomas and the late Laura Scheinberg. Memorial visitation will be Sunday, December 4 from 12-2:30 PM with her memorial service at 2:30 PM at Copeland’s Coraopolis, 867 Fifth Ave. Interment will be private in Highwood Cemetery.
