Joan Victoria (Hagerman) Kirk, age 82, of Moon and Coraopolis area, passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Harbor Senior Assisted Living. She was born in Pittsburgh on March 13, 1935 and raised by the late Harry and Clara Mutzig. Beloved wife for 64 years of Donald R. Kirk who she married April 7, 1953. Loving mother of Donna Tustin of Paris, PA, Susan Sweet of South Fayette, PA and the late David R. Kirk; cherished grandmother of Kelly Rotzinger (Nikolaus), Casey Kern (Simon), Amanda Flickinger (Jason), Edward Sweet, Kevin Sweet, Dustin Kirk (Jamie) and David Kirk; great grandmother of 4; sister of Alverda Morris of Allison Park and the late Harry Mutzig. Joan was a member of St. Margaret Mary Church. She will be remembered as a lovely person who was beautiful inside and out. She was loved greatly by her family and will be deeply missed. Visitation Friday 2-4, 6-8 and Saturday 8 to 9 AM at Copeland’s Moon Township, 981 Brodhead Rd. where prayers will be recited on Saturday at 9:00 AM followed by Mass at St. Margaret Mary Church on Saturday at 9:30 AM. Burial will follow in Sewickley Cemetery.
