Jeannie (Mills) Bellay, 59 of Moon Township passed on June 1, 2017. Born November 4, 1957 in Brackenridge, PA, daughter of William F. and Marjorie (McGinnis) Mills. Survived by her husband Robert  Bellay, her children Kristen Bellay of Robinson Twp. and Matthew Bellay of Moon Twp; her sister Peggy (Dale) Ringer of Natrona Heights, preceded in death by a brother Gregory Mills. Jeannie was a paraprofessional with the Montour School District. She loved her family, the beach and collecting snowmen. Heaven has just received another Angel. Viewing Copeland’s Moon Township, 981 Brodhead Road Monday 12-4 & 6-8 PM where a service will be held at 7:00 PM.
