Gary O. Bosket, age 62, an intelligent, steadfast, non-assuming man. He was a resident  of Hopewell since 2013, formerly of Coraopolis, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Heritage Valley Sewickley. Born in Sewickley, on November 26, 1954, he was the only child to the late Bernard O. and Lois (Bates) Bosket. Beloved and devoted husband for 15 years to Helen (Robinson) Bosket; loving father of Rachel McMillen (Harry), Michele Stephens, and the late James Weaver, Jr.; cherished grandfather of Jessica (Bill) and Megan. Gary was a 1972 graduate of Cornell High School, going on to University of Pittsburgh for his field of technology. For 40 years, he worked for Bayer Corporation in their IT Department. He retired in 2013. Gary loved computers, trains in general, all sizes and shapes, and was fascinated by eagles. He was a member of Grace Church. Gary was a quiet, gentle soul who never judged anyone, liked everyone and was always willing to give everybody a chance. He will be remembered by his family as an amazing man. He was well-loved and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.  A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, Jult 8, 2017 at 11:00 am. Arrangements by Copeland’s.
