Connie and Colleen,
I am so sorry to hear about your Mom's (and Dad's) passing. Your parents were always so fun up at Aunt Aggies and Uncle Chucks. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers and hugs to all of you.

Cleo was my Aunt May May best friend. She was always a part of our family. One memory for me was her making my bridesmaid dress for Jerry and Sandy's wedding. Since everyone else in the wedding party knew how to sew, she knew I didn't not know how to sew and told me don't worry, your dress will be as good as anyones. Elvis died on August 16, my mother's birthday, Cleo was at our house--just another memory. She was always in my corner, no matter what. She was there for me doing my youth and teen years. I a better person because of Cleo. Of course there is the notes that Connie used to leave love notes for my brother John (Nuke) begging him to wait for her to grow up so she could marry him. She will be missed.

Connie and Colleen, I am so sorry to hear about Cleo. However, I am very glad that she was able to make the trip back home and be close to you. I'm sure that it was a comfort to the family for this small blessing. My God be with you all during this time and the months ahead. In prayer for you, Gayle
