Charles E. Hack Sr., 78 of Oakdale passed away on Saturday April 14, 2018. Born January 23, 1940 on the farm in Crafton, son of the late Edward and Alice (Wischman) Hack Sr.; Beloved husband of Elizabeth Rosenthaler, father of Charles E. Hack Jr. and John R. Hack, both of McKees Rocks and Andrew J. (Shannon) Hack of Independence, MO. Grandfather of Michael Lee, John Robert Jr. “Moose” , Christian Anthony “Rat”, Natasha Renee, Cory Taz-Dalton and Mercedes Jalynn; Great grandfather of Owen C., Jayden C. Ella Marie and Mya Grace and a fifth grandchild en route; brother of Dorothy Ward, Carrie Wooley, Lena Blankenship and the late Margaret Perry and Edward Jr. and Clyde Hack. Preceded in death by his first wife Mary Sharon Urbanek; Chuck was a union steelworker, volunteered at the Southside food bank and called bingo at Hazelwood Senior Center. Viewing Copeland's Coraopolis 867 Fifth Ave., Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 PM where a service will be held at 3:30 PM in the funeral home. Interment private
