CarolAnn (Davis) Saunier, age 78, a Moon Township resident since 1963, passed away, peacefully, in the comfort of her home on Monday, May 29, 2017. She was born in Pittsburgh on March 10, 1939 to the late Ralph and Mabel (Assel) Davis. On November 2, 1999, she was predeceased by her beloved husband of 39 years, Otto L. Saunier, Jr. Loving mother of Brian (Lynn) Saunier of Clinton and Beth (Bernie) Herrmann of Cranberry; cherished grandmother of Ashley (fiancée Shane), Brandon, Zach (fiancée Michaela), Austin, Tyler, Allie, Cami, and JR “Brian”; sister of the late Ralph Davis, Jr..CarolAnn grew up in Mount Washington and graduated from South Hills High School in 1957. CarolAnn and her husband owned and operator their family business of All American Bowling Equipment, now in its 5th generation. All American Bowling Equipment began in France in 1892 under Alphonse Saunier. In 1946, Otto Sr., son of Alphonse, formed All American Bowling Equipment Co. and was joined by his son Otto, Jr. at the age of 11. CarolAnn and Otto, Jr. proudly built bowling lanes all over the world and leave a strong legacy for future family generations. Brian, carries on their business and brings aboard CarolAnn’s grandchildren Ashley and Brandon to continue. She will be remembered as a resilient woman, a leader and a wonderful mother and grandmother. Visitation Monday (June 5) 2-4, 6-8 at Copeland’s Moon Township, 981 Brodhead Rd. where service will be held on Tuesday (June 6) at 10 AM. Burial will follow at Sewickley Cemetery.
